'Back at Chelsea next season' - Eden Hazard slated by fans over latest Real Madrid performance

Eden Hazard has not had the best of starts to life at Real Madrid.

The summer singing from Chelsea missed the start of the campaign due to injury and only made his competitive debut with a 30 minute cameo in the weekend's 3-2 win over Levente.

Hazard signed for Real Madrid after a long protracted deal worth an initial £88 million was agreed between Chelsea and the Spanish side early in the summer.

The Belgian made his full debut for Zinedine Zidane as he was named in the starting lineup in the Champions League game against Paris Saint-Germain on Wednesday evening.

However, things didn't go as Hazard would have hoped. He was replaced by Lucaz Vazquaz in the 70th minute with his team 2-0 down thanks to a brace from former Manchester United man Angel Di Maria.

Real Madrid went onto lose the game 3-0 after Thomas Munier compounded Los Blancos misery by adding a third in extra time.

Hazard's performance and start at Real Madrid hasn't gone unnoticed by football fans on social media, with many taking to Twitter to give their thoughts on how he has settled at Spain.

The 28-year-old will be hoping to pick up his performances in the upcoming Champions League games, where the whole team will have to bounce back after a disheartening defeat.

Take a look at what fans, including some Blues' supporters had to say about Hazard's latest appearance for his new club.

Hazard could be back in action for Real Madrid when they travel to take on Sevilla on Sunday evening.
