Juici Jerk have partnered up with Bacardi to release a pretty good kit that includes everything you need to tuck into some delicious food and make a few cocktails.
I've tried Juici Jerk before and been very impressed by the brand, they deliver once a week (on Fridays) across the country meaning everyone can enjoy what they have to offer.

The kit serves two people, although it does come with a full 70cl bottle of Bacardi and all the ingredients you need to make some fresh cocktails (as well as two excusive Bacardi glasses).

Included are Jerk Chicken wings, which I thought were absolutely delicious.
The marinade is just right without being overpowering.
In terms of protein there's also jerk chicken tacos and mini patties (vegetable and beef), as someone who absolutely loves good Caribbean styled patties I was thrilled by this.
There's also a range of sides including rice and peas (not green peas as I cringe to remember some celebrity chefs have tried to use in the past), slaw, plantain, corn ribs and sweet pepper chimichurri.
As I was taught at home by my own Caribbean family how to make these dishes, I am always tentative to see them recreated on a mass level.
Juici Jerk never fails to come through with their food though, and I found it to be quite tasty.
It's always nice to be able to dig into peas and rice within minutes rather than waiting for hours over the stove.
