Babyshambles blog No 4: In which there's no sleep till Sunday

Hello all. I read some responses to my last blog, which confused me a bit. First off, the Guardian aren't paying any money for these, that's a silly notion. Next, I'm sorry if anyone found the accounts of late-night antics irksome - I wasn't trying to paint us as "crazy band guys" or whatever, we get enough of that in the red tops already. I honestly just thought it was funny. This is hardly high-culture stuff though, so please don't take it too seriously. I certainly don't.

The French kids are definitely alright. The charming little tykes.

Next we did our last interview, then an acoustic five-song set for Oui FM. After closing on Mik classic I Wish, we legged it to the Eurostar and faffed impressively with passports and tickets till we made the train by the skin of our teeth.

Today we're heading to Wiltshire in preparation for tomorrow's video shoot. Then up to Glasgow on Sunday, where we're filming an MTV Gonzo thing. Busy's good, busy's good ...
