Baby Reindeer star Richard Gadd, Rita Ora and more party pics in London this week

Layton Williams and Nick Grimshaw joined fashion designer Daniel Fletcher to toast to Royal Ascot at London’s Café Lapérouse on Thursday night.

The Strictly Come Dancing finalist looked stylish in a monochrome look as he posed for photos with Fletcher, Grimshaw and Aimee Phillips at the OWO venue.

The world’s most famous race meeting celebrated its first-ever summer party with Kyle De’Volle, Oliver Proudlock, Eric Underwood, Paul Forman, Ellen Francis, Eyal Booker and Stephen Jones also in attendance.

Marking six weeks until Royal Ascot returns for 2024, guests such as Kyle De’Volle, Oliver Proudlock, Paul Forman, and Eyal Booker sipped on Moët & Chandon champagne.

Aside from kicking off the racing season, the evening also celebrated the launch of Royal Ascot’s annual fashion and millinery guides, overseen by Daniel Fletcher.

The London-based designer’s appointment earlier in the year marked a historical moment for the racecourse, as he became Ascot's first Creative Director in its 300-year history.

Across town, Baby Reindeer stars Richard Gadd and Jessican Gunning were pictured attending a special screening of new revenge thriller Love Lies Bleeding, which is released on Friday, at the Prince Charles Cinema.

Off the back of their show’s success, the Netflix stars posed for photos at the screening before attending the film’s afterparty at 100 Wardour Street in Soho in which director Rose Glass and co-writer Weronika Tofilska were the guests of honour.

Games of Thrones’ Maisie Williams, Saint Maud star Morfydd Clark, Heartstopper actor Corinna Brown, Sex Education’s Patricia Allison as well as Romy Madley Croft of The xx and RuPaul's Drag Race star Le Fil were also pictured at the exclusive event.

Elsewhere, Natalia Vodianova sat down with Rita Ora to discuss her transition from music to establishing her latest venture, Typebea, a haircare brand, at White City House.

The event was part of a speaker series, Create What You Wish Existed, powered by LOCALS.ORG, a social platform for connecting people via real life events and communities.

Meanwhile, former winner of The Apprentice Marnie Swindells launched the new expansion of her boxing gym, Bronx Gym.

The BBC star was accompanied by several Apprentice personalities, including Stephanie Affleck, Tre Lowe, Virdi Mazaria, and Phil Turner, alongside Married At First Sight UK stars Amy Christophers and Peggy Rose at the event. The gathering, in collaboration with Prime Time Lager, took place at a gym in Camberwell, South East London.

The expansion was funded by Lord Sugar’s £250,000 investment secured by her win on the 2023 series of the hit BBC show.
