A baby girl whose hair was so long it could be seen on her utlrasound, has already had to have her luscious locks blow dried at just four-months-old.
Holly Gent’s hair grown so quickly that her brunette bob already reaches past her shoulders.
Before she was born her parents Natasha and Ashley were told that their daughter ‘had a bit of hair’, as a clear quiff was evident during the 20-week scan.
However, they were left shocked by the sheer length of Holly’s hair when she was born, as it was considerably longer than that of other babies.
Natasha, from Medway, Kent, said: "We were prepared after being told she would have a bit of hair at her scan but it was still a shock when she came out and we could see just how much she had compared to other babies."
The 28-year-old added: "It hasn't stopped growing since the day she was born. We're lucky that it has always been really easy to look after.”
The youngster is getting used to being the centre of attention when she’s out with her parents, with everyone commenting on her flowing tresses.
Her mother, who is a beauty advisor, admits she sometimes has to brush off the comments as she does not know how to respond.
She said: "Everyone comments on Holly's hair from friends and family to complete strangers. It doesn't matter where I am, the supermarket or out for lunch, guaranteed someone will come over to say how amazing her hair is and loads of people tell us she looks like a little doll.
"I catch people staring and nudging each other going 'Wow look at that baby's hair'. It's nice as a mum to hear that, although sometimes I don't know what to say because there's only so many ways you can say thank you.”
Babies often lose their hair within the first six months, although there is no sign of Holly losing hers just yet - in fact, it hasn't stopped growing.
Luckily, the tot has already learnt to love bath time and even enjoys having her bouffant bob blow dried.
Although proud of their daughter’s thick locks, the couple insist they will let their little girl change her hair as she pleases when she grows up.
