A baby boy born with two penises has shocked medical professionals as he may end up using both organs.
Affecting very few around the globe, the baby appears to have been born with a case of diphallia — a condition that affects one in six million babies.
Often babies have surgery to remove one but this time, surgeons left both phalluses intact and it is unclear as to why they did so.
The boy was also able to pass urine "from both orifices" with one penis 1cm bigger than the other.
Surgeons also did a colonoscopy so the Pakistani baby could pass stool as he was born without an anus.
A recent medical journal showcased the anomaly, with notes from the birth showing the unnamed youngster was operated on immediately after birth.
It proved successful although the medical journal did note there was a higher risk of mortality due to the rarity of the condition.

The journal read: "The higher complexity and mortality associated with diphallia is because of the accompanying anomalies of the urogenital and gastrointestinal system."
Only 100 cases of diphallia have ever been recorded in human history, with the boy born after 36 weeks one of the most recent examples of the rare condition that left him with two "well-formed phalluses".
The boy was treated at the Children's Hospital at the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences after his parents took him to the hospital's emergency department straight after he was born.
Scans revealed that he had a single bladder attached to two urethras, which meant he passed urine from both penises.
Surgeons diverted one end of his colon through an opening in the lower left side of the abdomen, to allow him to defecate.
The boy was monitored for two days following surgery. He was then discharged and a follow-up appointment was arranged.
It is unclear how diphallia occurs, and there is no known single risk factor — but it's thought to happen by chance when genitalia develops in the womb.
Patients can either have complete diphallia, when both penises are well developed, or partial diphallia when one penis is smaller or deformed.
