B*Witched star Edele Lynch revealed how meditation helped her cope with her marriage split.
The Dubliner broke up with ex Michael Barrett in 2014 after seven years of marriage in 2014.
The 39-year-old said: “When I split from my husband I took a long time to get back on my feet. I couldn’t have done it without my family.
"That was when I started to get into mind meditation.”
Fitness fanatic Edele has a strict regimen that includes cycling, running, and yoga to help keep her fit.
She will be performing alongside twin sister Keavy, Sinead O’Carroll, and Lindsay Armaou at Dublin’s Gay Pride festival on June 29.
The band will also be playing at the 3Arena in October as part of a 80s/90s disco event.
Edele also revealed that they might have a single that may be released this summer.
She told the Irish Sun: "Keavy and Lindsay just started their families recently and it’s hard when you’re mothers.
"We get together and we have great plans for what we can do but it’s hard to put it into action as we all have so much else going on.
"We have a single ready to go that we may release this summer.”
