B&Q has made a big change to what it delivers for Christmas

B&Q has announced a big change to the products it delivers and it's perfect for the festive season.

This year, for the very first time, the retailer will be offering a new real tree delivery service.

B&Q will deliver Christmas trees to people's doors if you don't want to leave your home or you're self-isolating.

Prices start from just £19 depending on which tree you choose and you'll will be able to order one now from the B&Q website.

Kam Dhillon, B&Q's Christmas category manager, said: "Many of us love the annual trip to pick out a real Christmas tree, and perhaps even enjoy the tussle of trying to fit it in the car to bring it home.

The Quietest time to book an online shopping delivery

"We know this year is different though and so, to ensure anyone can enjoy the tradition of having a real Christmas tree, we are proud to be helping out with the introduction of nationwide home delivery on all of our real cut and potted trees for the very first time.

"Christmas starts with a tree, and no one should miss out on that."

For £19 - the cheapest available - you can get a Nordmann fir Cut Christmas tree which stands between 3.9ft and 4.9ft or a Blue spruce pot grown Christmas tree.

If you'd rather head out to pick your Christmas tree, B&Q is also selling them in store as it is allowed to stay open during the national lockdown as it is classed as an "essential retailer".
