Christmas is almost upon us, and for many of us it’s time to start thinking about setting up for the festive season and looking for the perfect tree.
This year, B&Q is offering a new service that’s perfect for anyone looking for a real Christmas tree, with prices starting from £19.
The new real tree delivery service means those who are having to self-isolate during the pandemic will still be able to get their hands on a real Christmas tree for the holidays, reports the Mirror.
The service is available from Friday, November 20 and shoppers can order the retailer’s entire range of cut and potted trees straight from the B&Q website.
Here are the Christmas trees you'll be able to order:
Nordmann fir (120cm - 150cm), from £19
Fraser fir (180cm - 210cm), from £39
Norway spruce (180cm - 210cm), from £39
Blue spruce (180cm - 210cm), from £39
Standard delivery is free for orders over £50, or £5 if it’s under £50.
Kam Dhillon, B&Q’s Christmas category manager, said: "Many of us love the annual trip to pick out a real Christmas tree, and perhaps even enjoy the tussle of trying to fit it in the car to bring it home.
"We know this year is different though and so, to ensure anyone can enjoy the tradition of having a real Christmas tree, we are proud to be helping out with the introduction of nationwide home delivery on all of our real cut and potted trees for the very first time.
"Christmas starts with a tree, and no one should miss out on that."
B&Q is also selling Christmas trees in store, as remains open during lockdown as an essential retailer.
