B&M has said it will close all its stores on New Year's Day to give staff a break.
Classed as an essential retailer, the bargain chain has stayed open throughout the pandemic, letting people pick up food, cleaning supplies electricals and more.
So, in recognition of all their work in 2020, the chain is giving staff the first day of 2021 off.
"To give our colleagues a well-deserved rest, all B&M stores will be closed on January 1st," B&M posted on its official Facebook page.
"We hope 2021 is a great year for all of our colleagues, their families and all B&M shoppers."
It's a change from last year, too, with stores opening on January 1 this year apart from in Scotland where they're closed by law.
But while many appreciated the gesture, fans of B&M also wanted to know if it would be going further.
Especially as the likes of Home Bargains, Aldi, Pets at Home and M&S have said they will be closing stores on Boxing Day to give staff an extra day off too.
One fan asked B&M: "What about Boxing Day?"
Another added: "They deserve Boxing Day so they can actually spend with family and an early finish Christmas Eve come on B&M work with them and let them have some time with their extended families whilst Boris allows it."
It was a sentiment repeated by a lot of other fans - while some thought even more time off would be good.
One wrote: "The staff deserve more that just New Year's Day off.
She added: "You should be giving your staff a well deserved bonus and a few days off at Christmas and New Year. Your staff have worked extremely hard during the pandemic."
