We’ve all made spelling mistakes, but we don’t expect to find simple errors in things we’ve paid for – especially when they’ve been mass produced.
But shoppers at B&M have found a huge spelling blunder among the brand’s range of star sign mugs, which each feature the constellation of one of the 12 zodiac signs alongside the name of the sign.
In a post on Reddit that exposed the error, one user revealed that instead of getting Pisces on a mug, everyone born between late February and early March will be looking at one that instead reads “Pices”.
Alongside a picture of the mug, the post read: “Take a trip to your local B&M for your ‘Pices’ mug.”

The blunder has left internet users in stitches, with many commenters wondering whether they can get their hands on a mug displaying their own star sign with a unique spelling.
One person wrote: “Did they have any Capricom?”
While another asked: “Have they got one for Vingos?”
And a third quipped: “Got my eye on that Sagittaring mug next to it.”
Other people were eager to pick up the badly spelt mug in order to play a prank on loved ones they knew would be infuriated by the mistake.
Someone said: “I might get this for my mum. She's a Pisces and a teacher so it will doubly annoy her.”
Which prompted someone else to respond: “Do it. And make a reaction post!”
And others were just left irritated by B&M, as they claimed the chain of shops are “always spelling things wrong”.
A disgruntled commenter wrote: “They are always spelling things wrong at B&M. Someone needs to have a word with the proof-reader.”
