B&M shoppers 'disappointed' after struggling to find 'cute' £20 item

B&M shoppers have slammed the retailer after struggling to find its new product in stores.

The bargain retailer recently shared an image on its new Alva Clothes Rail and shoppers have been searching for the product in their local stores - with no luck.

B&M is known for sharing its new items to its social media pages, giving shoppers the inside scoop on what’s available since the company doesn’t offer an online shop.

This week, B&M shared a photo of its new children's clothes rail and said: “NEW - How cute is this stylish kids clothing rail!! Store your little ones clothes in style with this Alva Clothes Rail - its only £20 (SC: 374207)!

“LIKE if you'd love one of these?”

The post quickly racked up more than 1k likes and while some shoppers praised the product as “cute”, others slammed B&M after being unable to find it.

Beneath the photo, one person said: “I'd like to buy a lot of things shown on Instagram from B&M but when I go in my local store, I can't find anything advertised”.

A second replied to the first comment and said: “It’s the exact same for me! Very disappointing”.

A third added: “Most of the stuff advertised I never find in my B&M”.

A fourth shopper replied and said: “the same here, it’s so frustrating”.

Another wrote: “Anything advertised is never in store! Very annoying”

Despite this, other shoppers were eagerly tagging friends in the comments and praising the rail.

One person wrote: “Cute rail” and another said: “This is nice”.

A third added: “bought this for my daughter for her fancy dress, exactly what I wanted, it is just the right height for her”.

While B&M doesn’t offer an online shop, it does have a website where shoppers can browse the latest items becoming available. For larger products, you can even check which of your local stores has stock. Check the website here.
