B&M’s hanging macrame chair is identical to Urban Outfitter’s £195 option

It's no secret that hanging egg chairs are a must-have for those with a garden or outdoor space. The stylish seats first appeared in Britain last summer at retailers like Aldi, B&M and Argos - and shoppers still can't get enough of them.

Now, another style of outdoor chair is on the horizon ahead of the warm season: the hanging macrame chair. Whilst there are several pricey options from the likes of Wayfair and Urban Outfitters, budget store B&M has released its own version for just £30.

The Vancouver Hanging Chair is offered in a simple black design that will no doubt look great in any garden. We couldn't help but notice it looks extremely similar to the £195 Black Macrame Double Hanging Seat from Urban Outfitters - but shoppers can get the B&M option for £165 less.

The £30 seat is designed to hang from a ceiling, tree, or any sturdy overhanging structure that can support the weight of a person. You can buy it in B&M stores across the country - find out your nearest branch by using the online store finder.

You can use the chair indoors or outside in the garden and it can hold a weight of up to 100kg.

Shoppers can complete the look with B&M's macrame-fringed hammock for only £12, along with a whole host of other garden furniture at impressively low prices. Bring on the sunshine!

Celebrity fans, including TV star Stacey Solomon and cleaning guru Mrs Hinch, have similar hanging egg chairs in their gardens.

The popular furniture has been released at several retailers this spring and shoppers across the UK have been eager to get their hands on them.

On Sunday, Aldi customers were fuming after the retailer's £149.99 egg chair went on sale and quickly sold out on its website.

Shortly after some chairs were seen on eBay and inflated in price by £750 - or a whopping 500%.

Looking for more outdoor items? B&M recently launched a new garden range with £25 fire pit, outdoor heaters and chimineas.

Unfortunately, the budget store doesn't sell any items online - so you'll need to pop by your nearest store to get anything you're after.
