B&M excited thousands of shoppers with an item that many are desperate to get hold of to use on Christmas Day.
The budget retailer, which has several stores across Merseyside and beyond, shared a picture of a retro festive item on its Instagram page and hundreds of people commented.
The picture showed a red Santa Sleigh gravy boat with the words ‘ho ho ho’ on it, that B&M is selling for £5.

Posting the picture, B&M said: “Christmas dinner isn't complete without gravy and this Santa Sleigh Gravy Boat is the perfect choice for this years Christmas table setting!
“Keep the sauces flowing this Christmas with our Make it Merry Christmas Gravy Boat for only £5. Hands up if you NEED this.”
More than 4,000 ‘liked’ the pictured and the post racked up 265 comments from excited shoppers, with many tagging friends.

Donnabernard2 tagged a pal and said: “we will have to get one”.
