There’s one thing guaranteed to make lockdown a little bit better and that’s tucking into your favourite treats.
The whole nation has gone baking mad over the last few weeks, churning out banana bread and other sweet treats to pass the time and have something nice to eat.
And if you can’t be bothered baking - or still can’t find flour anywhere (try Morrisons or Asda) - a bar of chocolate is just as good.
So the news that one of our favourite bargain shops B&M is now stocking not one, but two brand new flavoured Cadbury Dairy Milk bars, has delighted us.
B&M announced the news on its Instagram page, the MEN reported.
The store introduced the new flavours - the Dairy Milk Moro, which is a choc malt flavoured creme and smooth flowing caramel, and the Dairy Milk Crispy Mint Creme - a Dairy Milk chocolate with mint flavoured creme and and crispy mint pieces.
Wow.
The store captioned the post: "Has anyone else spotted these tasty Cadbury UK bars in store yet?!
"They've just made an appearance, alongside a wider range of exotic #chocolate bars, so they're well worth picking up next time you pop in for an essential shop!"
Customers were clearly excited by the news, with one saying, "Good lord I need to go to B&M" and another adding "How good do these look?".
But before you rush off to B&M to buy them, remember there are still lockdown rules in place that mean you can only shop when you need to pick up essential items. You can read the full list of rules issued by police here, which apply until we’re told otherwise.
If you do pop down to your nearest B&M for an essential shop, it's also worth keeping an eye out for Cadbury Dream bars, which have also made a welcome return.
