When we talk about chocolate in 2020, there seemed to be an influx of orange-infused goodies that the nation raced to get their hands on - from various supermarkets to corner shops. Adding to the mix and new in B&M stores, is the Orange Chocolate Maltesers Bunny.
Yes everyone’s favourite bargain store has announced that the orange-flavoured delights have hit shelves this week and cost just 49p each. What a steal - we can’t wait to get our hands on one (or five…).
Head to your nearest B&M store this week to fill up your basket with the new Malteser Bunny. You can find your nearest store using the locator, here. You’ll also find opening and closing time information listed there as well.
Fans of the original Maltesers Bunny were sent in to a frenzy back in October when popular food Instagram account, Kev’s Snack Reviews, shared a post revealing the news that the moreish flavour treats are coming to the UK – and it looked like B&M would be one of the first retailers to sell the treat.
Fans have been loving the announcement with the post receiving over 2.700 likes and more than 400 comments. One fan commented, “My life is made.” Whilst another said, “I seriously can’t cope with all this new chocolate orange stuff.”
The discount retailer also alerted savvy shoppers about the launch of the new tasty treats on the B&M Facebook page, the post was shared over 380 times and received over 2,200 comments. One fan wrote, “the hunt for the next chocolate orange begins”, whilst many others were tagging their friends to share the news.
If you don’t live near a B&M store, fear not as you can currently buy the newly launched 29g chocolate bar online on Glencrest for 83p each. Sadly it’s not quite as cheap as the B&M version – nearly double the price of the discounter in fact.
Chocolate orange is most definitely the flavour of the moment as we’ve seen a raft a new orange flavoured treats launch in store at B&M in 2020. From, Terry’s Chocolate Orange Biscuit Bar to Cadbury Giant Orange Buttons and now these delicious Maltesers bunnies. Even though we haven’t quite made it to Christmas yet, we’ve already excited by the delights we can expect at Easter too.
