A B&M customer has claimed staff at a Bristol store were not wearing masks or gloves and were laughing in the aisle within proximity of each other.
The woman, who wishes to be anonymous, has accused the Hengrove store of putting customers in a "horrible" situation, Bristol Live reports.
She claimed there was "no social distancing at all" when she visited the Imperial Retail Park shop on Thursday, April 30.
She said: "No staff were wearing masks or gloves. They were laughing and joking in the aisles within close proximity of each other.
"The staff were not social distancing themselves at all from colleagues or from the public. People were walking in both directions in the aisles.
"It was quite horrible. To find so many people in the store with no social distancing at all was very unpleasant."
The shopper said no one was monitoring the number of customers entering and leaving the store.

She added: "I did email the B&M Customer Services and I received a response, but they didn’t ask [which Bristol B&M branch] it was or anything."
The email from B&M says: "Please rest assured that we'll look into your feedback on the Bristol store and pick up with the team to ensure it meets the standards we expect as a business – and I want to reassure you that we've made sure that we've gone above and beyond the guidelines and advice set out by the Government."
It comes after B&M temporarily closed 49 of its stores, with no plans to reopen them until after the coronavirus pandemic.
The remaining 645 shops, however, are still open as the chain sells goods deemed "essential".
A message on the website reads: "B&M is open through the current crisis in line with government guidelines.
"We stock thousands of food and grocery lines, pet food, cleanings goods and toiletries as well as hardware essentials."
B&M has urged shoppers to observe social distancing measures while shopping.
Mirror Online has contacted B&M for comment.
