B&M closing down sale at Glasgow branch with 25% off everything in store

B&M is having a huge closing down sale at a branch in Glasgow - with 25% slashed off everything in store.

The budget retailer is taking the huge discount off all products at its Govan branch as the firm prepares to move to a larger unit.

Shop workers will close the shutters on the Helen Street store before it reopens at the former Toys R Us building next to Asda.

The new B&M store will become the largest in Glasgow when it opens to customers on April 15. Bosses say that the shop will be a huge 29,600 square feet in size.

Aldi will reportedly move into the building left by B&M. It is hoped that the move will allow new jobs to be created for locals during “ challenging times ”.

A spokesperson for B&M said: “We’re feeling really positive about the creation of jobs for local people during these challenging times and we hope customers are going to be delighted with their new store.

“We are really excited to get the doors open and welcome our new customers through the door in April.”
