Heartbroken mum Safiyya Vorajee has reflected on how different her world is - nearly one year on since giving birth to her daughter, who tragically lost her battle to live just eight months later.
Azaylia, the daughter of Safiyaa and reality star Ashley Cain, was diagnosed with an aggressive form of leukaemia at eight weeks old, and despite desperate hopes for specialist treatment she become too ill for doctors to save.
But throughout her short life her parents and family and friends have shared the joy she brought to their world and since her passing have opened up about their devastating loss in a bid to help others in a similar situation.
Taking to Instagram today, mum Safiyya spoke of her mix of emotions as she acknowledged it being one year since her baby girl arrived into the world.

She posted: "My beautiful baby turns 1 in heaven on Tuesday August 10th. Following this on the 15th August is my birthday. 5 days between our birthdays.
"This time last year I was so excited to meet my little girl to arrive. My birthday was so special and I had her in my arms being a mummy.
"This year I'm heartbroken. What a difference a year can make. A true bond mother & daughter. My blessing is my baby and my guardian Angel."

She shared the poignant words on her Instagram story and surrounded them with two gorgeous images of Azaylia with one of them showing her wrapped in her mummies body and both beaming back at the camera.
In another Instagram story Safiyya has visited Azaylia's grave side and captures the scene which is awash with jungle-themed toys and floral tributes.
She sings the tune for the Jungle Book's 'I wanna be like you,' and comments on the sunshine which is cascading across the setting.

Before sharing the lyrics she added: "I always used to sing this to my baby."
Azaylia's tragic death before her first birthday touched the hearts of thousands of people in her short life and the stars have been flooded with support.
Last month Safiyya admitted on her Instagram that she wasn't coping saying: "Grieving can make you lie.
"How easy it is to just say 'I am fine' when you are actually broken."
Safiyya said another post summed up exactly how she feels, writing in the caption: "Couldn't say it any better I am broken."
And her ex-Coventry footballer dad said he's going to keep his daughter's memory alive in a recent social media post saying ahe’d never ‘give up’ fighting for her memory.
He added: ‘If I can make a little bit of a difference that’s what I want to do.
"I will go to the lengths of every corner of the Earth to do that and to honour my daughter’s name."
