Alia Bhatt is undoubtedly one of the most sought-after actresses we have in Bollywood. Joining the bandwagon of actors who wish to work with the 'Darlings' star, Ayushmann Khurrana was recently all praise for her.
In a recent interview, Ayushmann was asked to name one celebrity who, according to him, is the biggest superstar in the country at the moment. Replying to the same, he said it is Alia Bhatt. The actor added that she has delivered two hits, 'Gangubai Kathiawadi' and 'Brahmastra' this year, and that makes her the biggest superstar in the country right now. He also mentioned how Alia has even featured in successful movies like, 'Darlings' and 'RRR' this year.
Ayushmann also went on to say that people often talk about male superstars, but Alia is actually the biggest superstar in the country. Ayushmann told Bollywood Bubble that he would love to work with Alia someday.
Meanwhile, on the work front, Ayushmann is awaiting the release of his upcoming film, 'An Action Hero'. Directed by Anirudh Iyer, the film also features Jaideep Ahlawat. It is slated to hit theatres on December 2.
Alia, on the other hand, will next be seen in Karan Johar's 'Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani' co-starring Ranveer Singh. It is slated to hit the theatres next year.
