An Ayrshire schoolboy has been praised for showing the true spirit of Christmas.
Selfless Cameron Prince's 'magical moment' occurred in the festive season just celebrated.
The Kilmaurs Primary pupil popped along to the East Ayrshire Carers Centre.
And Young Carers staff there were bowled over when he handed them £60 as a result of some festive fundraising.
Generous Cameron wanted the young carers to have a Christmas treat and sold handmade baubles at his school to generate the cash.
East Ayrshire Carers Centre has been supporting unpaid carers in the region for almost 25 years.
Ryan Duffy, a young carers and family support worker, revealed: "Cameron raised £60 in total and came into our office with mum Jenny to surprise us with the donation.
"He's an absolute star and we think his kindness deserves some recognition! And we can’t think of a better example of Christmas spirit!"
