It’s been a quiet start to the New Year at the Ayrshire Maternity Unit at Crosshouse Hospital.
Eager staff and parents-to-be, Sarah Brown and David Dickie from Irvine had to wait until 9.11pm for the first arrival of 2021.
Dawson Callum Dickie made his way into the world, weighing 7lb 2oz.
Everyone at the hospital wishes the family all the very best for 2021.
