An Ayrshire man has launched a bid to transform an old wool factory into a church.
Roy Banks has submitted plans to convert the old commercial building into a place of worship.
The Dalry industrial unit is unused and empty with the applicant hoping to breathe life into the old building based at the Capital Business Park in the North Ayrshire town.
The 516 sq. m building would have space for 11 cars to park and Mr Banks has said that the church would host Sunday services.
North Ayrshire Council planners will rule on the application at a future date.
