Ayrshire businessman launches hilarious new stickers poking fun at life in lockdown

A graphic design firm are bringing a smile back to Irvine with a hilarious new wheelie bin sticker poking fun at life in lockdown.

Owner Graham Crawley’s new line of stickers - which are classically Scottish - read: “2020 The year ma wheelie bin went oot mair than me.”

Graham, who is putting them on sale today, said: “It’s nice, especially during these times, to give people a laugh and lighten the seriousness of everything.

“I’m still working out the costs - I like to be cheaper than everyone else - to make sure the stickers are beneficial to everyone.

“I’ll be posting them to social media soon and I’m planning on changing the sticker to white print with black text that way I can manufacture more at a quicker pace.

“And, if anything else comes to mind I might make more funny stickers - it’s the nature of my business, I love it.”

The shop based in Dreghorn made headlines last week after producing free ‘thank you NHS’ stickers - which Graham got the idea from Irvine Herald snapper Steve McKendrick.
