Ayr United v Hearts TV channel, live stream and kick-off details ahead of Championship clash

After Dunfermline's Fife derby win in midweek, Hearts are looking to re-establish their 12 point lead at the top of the league.

They travel to Ayr United for some Friday night Championship football.

The Jambos' last trip to Somerset Park came in 2001, when they drew 1-1 in the Betfred Cup and were dumped out 4-1 on penalties.

The meeting at Tynecastle earlier this season went better, although Robbie Neilson's team still had to come from 2-1 down on Boxing Day to eventually run out 5-3 winners.

Mark Kerr's side are just three points off the play-offs themselves and their attacking display in Gorgie a couple of months ago will give them plenty of encouragement that they can get a result at home.
