Award-winning Park Street hair salon up for sale after 33 years

An award-winning salon situated on one of Bristol’s most popular high streets is up for sale after 33 years - and the already established salon is set to include an extensive list of over 3,000 clients.

The business premises, listed on Rightmove, comes fully fitted and occupy "approximately 1,300"sq ft in a prime position on 16 Park Street, a stone's throw away from the City Centre," according to the listing.

With a 15-year term premises residue from 2015 and a passing rent of £26,100pa, this well-placed business could not be in a more "desirable trading position", says the agent.

According to marketing agent Maggs & Allen, the lease of McQueens will be assigned to the new business owner which is subjected to the landlord's consent.

The description states: “The business is available for sale to include a full inventory and extensive list of clients. The vendor would be interested in staying on within the salon for an agreed period of time to ensure a smooth handover.”
