A suprise character who died during the events of Infinity War looks set to be coming back for the sequel.
Zoe Saldana, who plays Guardians of the Galaxy's Gamora, has posted a teasing image of herself in makeup, seemingly for additional filming on the upcoming sequel Avengers: Endgame.
This comes as some surprise as she was sacrificed during Infinity War by Thanos to reclaim the Soul Stone.
Writing alongside a time-lapse video on Instagram of her green makeup being removed, Saldana notes: "Hair up! What goes on, must come off! Adios Gamora… for now at least!"
While there's no explicit mention of the scene necessarily being for Endgame, the post comes just hours after Karen Gillan, who plays Gamora's sister Nebula, posting a tesing message on Twitter.
"Washing the blue from under my fingernails one more time #endgame," she wrote.
Fans have begun speculating that the duo may have returned to film a flashback, likely relating to their father Thanos.
Meanwhile, Marvel fans were treated to a trailer for the upcoming Spider-Man: Far From Home, which see Tom Holland reprise his role as the webslinger.
None of the characters mention the events of Infinity War or Endgame, but the "dusted" characters Spider-Man and Nick Fury are alive and well. Here are 11 things we learned from the trailer.
