Avengers: Endgame spoilers: Chris Evans confirms "shred of hope" for fans

Avengers: Endgame is a month away so Marvel has treated us all to a new featurette We Lost and character posters.

The video shows Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth as well as Marvel boss Kevin Fiege discuss Avengers: Infinity War.

The cast talk about how they're now moving forward and, spoiler, they're not doing too well.

Chris Evans aka Captain America says: “Everyone was doing their best to keep their heads above water, but it’s kind of a losing battle. We lost, and we’re not used to losing. They’ve truly leveled us. Not just literally, but morally and emotionally.”

There's also some good news, as Marvel gives us the "shred of hope that everyone is looking for."

The footage used is what we've seen before in the already released trailer, but the video does give us an idea of what the lay of the land is going into Endgame.

They tease an emotional beginning as each hero tries to work out how to deal with the aftermath of Thanos' snap.

Avengers Endgame: Posters reveal new characters who live and die

Marvel also released a Avengers Endgame: Posters reveal new characters who live and die with the tag line: "Avenge the fallen".

Those that survived the snap got a colour poster, those who turned to dust got black and white, revealing who really survived.

Avengers: Endgame is released in UK cinemas on April 25 and April 26 in the USA.
