The biggest film of the year is finally arriving in cinemas.
Avengers Endgame is set to be a record-breaker at the box office, but following its premieres and the release of reviews, are critics actually liking the film?
Our own verdict was rather positive, with a glowing review with a 5-star rating. But does everyone else feel the same?
The consensus on review aggregator Rotten Tomatoes has now been unveiled and Avengers Endgame is certified "fresh" at 97%.
This means that that percentage of critics measured gave the film a positive review, as the website works from a binary system of reviews suggesting the film is "fresh" or "rotten".
The consensus on Rotten Tomatoes reads: "Exciting, entertaining, and emotionally impactful, Avengers: Endgame does whatever it takes to deliver a satisfying finale to Marvel's epic Infinity Saga."

Well, that is certainly something!
There is currently no audience score, and the Tomatometer is open to change as further reviews are added, but it's all looking rather positive at the moment!

The film continues on from the cliffhanger of Avengers: Infinity War which saw the monstrous Thanos decimate half of the universe's population - including half of our heroes!
Will they be able to undo Thanos' actions?
Or will they just have to Avenge the Fallen?
