About five-minutes of Avengers: Endgame footage has leaked online with a huge spoiler just as the Russo brothers posted a plea to fans to keep the secrets.
The leak - which we aren't going to detail here - was recorded during a screening reportedly, then cut together and posted online.
The footage includes major scenes from the last movie in this phase of Marvel movies, but the quality is terrible, as to be expected.
The clip is also just a snapshot of the film, so there's no context.
The directors Anthony and Joe Russo have plead with fans to keep the secrets and avoid spoiling the film.
They've gone to great lengths to keep things quiet, even withholding the script from Tom Holland who plays Peter Parker to avoid him spilling the beans.
Just as news outlets reported the leak the Russo brothers posted a letter on Twitter.
“The two of us, along with everyone involved in Endgame , have worked tirelessly for the last three years with the sole intention of delivering a surprising and emotionally powerful conclusion to the Infinity Saga,” they wrote. “When you see Endgame in the coming weeks, please don’t spoil it for others, the same way you wouldn’t want it spoiled for you.”
There's no mention of the footage and the letter is similar to the one they realised for Infinity War, but the timing has led many to believe the letter is a response to the leak.
Critics and journalists are set to see the film very close to its release to keep leaks to a minimum and Disney and Marvel have gone to every length to keep the plot secret so a leak is surprising.
The clip is spoiler heavy so be warned if you go looking.
