Australia face South Africa in the first 2019 Netball World Cup semi-final in Liverpool on Saturday.
Australia go into their semi-final with a 100 per cent record as they look to win the World Cup for a 12th time.
They have been in formidable form so far, but they did manage to beat New Zealand by only a point on Thursday.
South Africa will be looking to bounce back from their first defeat of the tournament, which came against England in the battle to top Group G.
But the Proteas have never beaten Australia and head into the semi-final as heavy underdogs.
"You need to be physically strong and not back down from any team in the competition. Its a combination of being mentally tough, emotionally ready to take on anyone and physically not backing down from anyone", South Africa centre Erin Berger said.
"Its a super important match and past games won't really count in a one-off match, so we really need to focus on playing our best netball in this semi-final.
