A woman has asked for advice after being confronted by her sister-in-law demanding she pay for her expensive designer top after her baby was sick on it.
She told an online forum that she was genuinely shocked at her reaction, knowing she'd be spending the day around a three-month-old baby.
The mum wanted to know if she was "an a*****e" for not wanting to pay up for the Gucci top her sister-in-law claimed was worth "thousands".
Writing about her confrontation on Reddit she changed her tot's name to Dany.
The mum said: "My sister-in-law has been trying to have a baby since a while now, so she got very emotional upon seeing Dany and would not let anyone else touch her."
She said she was happy to let her hold the baby as she was glad of the break, "but then I noticed that she was holding Dany way too tightly.

"I tell her this and she says, 'Just because I don't have a child doesn't mean that I don't know how to hold one.'
"My husband said that I'm right and she should hold Dany a bit more gently," she added.
The new mum said her sister-in-law insited the baby was fine and it would be obvious if she was "uncomfortable".
"As if on cue, Dany puked all over her," the mummy added.
"This freaked out SIL and she handed over Dany to my husband."

But she added that this is where the problems started.
She wrote: "Sister-in-law then looks at her shirt and goes, 'Oh no. This is Gucci. Your daughter ruined my Gucci shirt.'
"[I] apologised and said that Dany didn't do it on purpose and that we can get it cleaned for her."
But the woman insisted the top was worth thousands and she needed to pay up.
The mum added: "I told her that nah, we're not giving her any money and that we warned her twice she was holding the baby wrong but she chose not to listen.
"[My] husband said that his sister shouldn't have worn such an expensive shirt if she wasn't ready for it to be ruined, since she knew she was gonna be with a baby all day."
Since the fall out the woman blamed them for inviting them to see the baby, and the pair went on to tell other family members of how they were "badly treated" by the new parents.
All the comments agreed she wasn't the one being "an a*****e" with many questioning the aunt's decision to wear the top in the first place, and others telling her to simply wash the garment.
