August Bank holiday 2020 opening hours for Tesco, Lidl, Aldi, Supervalu and Dunnes

The bank holiday weekend is nearly here and many shops will be operating with different opening hours.

Not to be caught out, we've compiled the information on Ireland's main supermarkets to help you with your shopping.

Some places will simply operate Sunday hours on the bank holiday Monday while others will have complete changes.

Here's the opening times for Irish supermarkets on the August bank holiday.

Tesco

Tesco opening hours change depending on each individual store. Usually bank holiday hours are the same as an average Monday.

Aldi

Aldi stores will open as normal from 9am-9pm on the August bank holiday Monday

Lidl operates with opening hours of 9am to 9pm on bank holidays.

Different owners will put in place different times so you will have to check for your own local spot.
