Auction house looking for new venue after 'screams' from upstairs swingers club

Auction house chiefs are searching for a new venue after a swingers club started hosting midday parties upstairs, according to reports.

Customers are said to be 'put off by screams of pleasure' above and an auction worker fears it could start 'ruining the business' at the Chorley Auction House, Lancashire.

It began as The No3 Club’s £10-a-head Couples & Ladies Day started running from midday to 6pm on Tuesdays.

It used to only operate at night on Tuesdays, when people were collecting goods bought from Monday's auction.

A worker at Chorley Auction House told The Sun : "I’d find it funny if it wasn’t ruining the business.

The owner of the swingers club reportedly said 'business is business' (Twitter)

"There’s no way we can operate if they are at it all day upstairs.

"We’re going to start losing customers.”

He said last week they heard a woman and a group of men for about half an hour 'having quite the time'.

The worker said it was embarrassing for their customers.

According to the report, the owner of the swingers club apologised but said 'business is business'.
