A suspect has been charged with attempted murder after a man was "deliberately" hit by a car.
Merseyside Police has charged a man with attempted murder following an incident in Croxteth last week. Emergency services were called to Coronet Road at around 10.30pm on Wednesday, February 8 after reports of a car being in a suspected deliberate collision with a man.
A man in his 30s was found unconscious and was taken to hospital where he remains in a critical condition.

Following police enquiries, Shaun Duckworth was charged with attempted murder and possession of cannabis. The 34-year-old, of Breeze Hill, Walton, was remanded in custody and will appear at Wirral Adult Remand Court tomorrow, Monday, February 13.
