

World No1 Novak Djokovic defeated Diego Schwartzman in straight sets at the ATP Finals today as the pair opened their accounts at this year’s edition of the season-ending competition at London’s O2 Arena.
Djokovic is bidding for a record-tying sixth title at the tournament – a feat that would see him go level with the absent, injured Roger Federer – while Argentine Schwartzman is making his debut at the finals.
