Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton's incredible body transformation

Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton has ditched sugar, hit the gym and detoxed her life.

And she has been proudly showing off the results on social media.

The 36-year-old has been keen to let her followers know about the simple changes she has committed herself to and how she is now bursting with energy, flaunting her toned abs and has a new outlook on life.

While Natasha has always looked lean, even winning rear of the year in 2003, back in March, she told the Daily Mail when she noticed her bad eating habits: "I realised that I was having big sugar cravings especially later on in the evenings after I’d put the kids to bed, done everything, sat down and relaxed and the next minute the sugar monster was sat on my shoulder and I was reaching for sugary snacks.

"While I do live quite a healthy lifestyle and I wanted to nip sugar in the bud for ages, and also pass that onto my children as well."

The mum-of-four from Kensington is currently undertaking a 30-day detox of clean eating under the Arabonne diet which uses the first month to cleanse, change your eating habits and jump start weightloss.

The detox is a combination of protein shakes and healthy meals, while cutting out alcohol, sugar and sweeteners, coffee, wheat and dairy - there is no eating after 7pm.

Natasha's intensive month will be coupled with her gruelling training, one of her favourites being resistance bands.

Now an Arabonne ambassador said: "I absolutely love doing because it not only tones but increases your stamina too.

"Resistance bands are incredibly simple, but they're also extremely effective at working your muscles."

With a new zest for life, Natasha took to Instagram earlier this week to talk about how she has made changes for the better.

She said: "In such a short space of time I feel like my life has changed so much but for all the right reasons!

"This year has been extremely tough for me and it’s felt as though it’s been one battle after the next."

Natasha was one of the original members of Atomic Kitten since they formed in 1999 and the group have reformed a number of times for one-off performances.

She had her first child Josh, 16, to nightclub owner Fran Cosgrove, and her son Harry, 14, to dancer Gavin Hatcher.

Natasha later dated Riad Erraji whom she shares son Alfie, eight and she has a daughter, Ella Rose to Ritchie Neville from 5ive.

She is now engaged to Charles Gay, but they have put wedding plans on hold as they have both been busy travelling.
