Chelsea have been linked with a summer move for Atletico Madrid goalkeeper Jan Oblak.
Question marks continue to linger of Kepa Arrizabalaga's ability to hold down the number one jersey at Stamford Bridge, with speculation around his future.
The Blues have already made two moves in the summer transfer window - Hakim Ziyech and Timo Werner arriving at the club - but plenty more are expected.
Kai havertz is strongly linked with a move, while there is real interest in Leicester City defender Ben Chilwell too, with Frank Lampard keen to revamp his squad for a Premier League title tilt next season.
Willy Caballero is currently the only competition for Kepa between the sticks, but signing Oblak would be a significant improvement.
Atleico Madrid assistant manager German Burgos will leave the club this summer and he has become unhindered in his approach to talking about summer transfers as a result.
Burgos was asked which of the Atleti players he would take with him if given the chance, and after refusing to pick out any one star, openly talked about Chelsea's interest in Oblak without being questioned on it.
Speaking to Marca, he said: "‘If I only quote one who I would take with me from Atletico de Madrid, it would be bad, I have to name them all.
"Look, the Russian (Roman Abramovich) wants to take Oblak."
It was a revealing response to a question not asked about Oblak, but one the Chelsea fans will be delighted to hear.
