On the eve of the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Paralympic Games, athletes on Monday were seen fine-tuning their conditioning at one of the main venues and other locations.
Uchu Tomita, 32, and Mayumi Narita, 50, participated in an official practice Monday along with foreign athletes at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre, the Games' swimming venue in Koto Ward, Tokyo.
The Tokyo Paralympics will start Wednesday, with 539 events in 22 sports to be held until Sept. 5.
