Atalanta and Shakhtar both head into Tuesday night's Group C clash needing a result after a disappointing start to their Champions League campaigns.
Shakhtar were soundly beaten 3-0 at home by Manchester City, while Atalanta fell to a dispiriting 4-0 defeat at Dinamo Zagreb to leave both teams with it all to do.
Nothing will be decided by the end of matchday two, but two defeats out of two would make it extremely difficult for either side to reach the last-16 of the competition.
This is Atalanta's first time in Europe's elite competition, and both AC Milan and Inter granted their request to play their European home games at San Siro this season - so expect a good atmosphere.

Neither side can realistically afford to lose after such a poor matchday one, so it could be a tense game in Milan.
