At 6 feet 9 inches, this Russian might be the world’s tallest model

At 6 feet 9 inches, Ekaterina Lisinia is literally on top of the world.

The 29-year-old from Penza, Russia, has officially been crowned the tallest woman in her country, according to a June 30 report in the Daily Mail.

Ekaterina retired in 2014 after a flourishing basketball career and then delved into the world of modelling.

The length of her legs is 52-inches, and Ekaterina wants to break the record for having the longest legs in the world.

“The record is held at the moment by Amazon Eve and she is 6ft 8in, which is smaller than me.I really want to be in the book of world records as the world’s tallest model. I also think I have a chance to be awarded the world’s longest legs. My legs are around 52.4 inches, which is longer than the current record holder,” she told the Mail.

Ekaterina also holds the record as the woman with the biggest feet in Russia and wears a size 13 shoe.

She had represented the Russian women’s squad in the 2008 Beijing Olympics in basketball that won a bronze medal. Her father is 6 feet, 5 inches tall, her brother stand at 6 feet 6 inches, and her mother is more than 6 feet tall.

Her father told the Mail: ‘When we were picking her up from the hospital we noticed right away that her legs were really long and her body mainly consisted of them.’
