Midway through the half Mohamed Salah appeared to be tripped in the penalty area as he tried to play the ball out wide.
Play continued, with Burnley breaking down the other end to attack, but after a VAR check on the original incident, no penalty was awarded.

Liverpool went on to seal the 1-0 win thanks to Fabinho's strike.
