Scott Parker has named Aleksandar Mitrovic in the starting XI as he makes four changes to the side that lost to Leeds United before the international break.
The Serbian forward showed good form playing for Serbia and produced five goals in his three games against Republic of Ireland, Portugal and Azerbaijan.
Ruben Loftus-Cheek also returns to the side alongside Ola Aina and Bobby De Cordova-Reid who is back from injury.
Antonee Robinson, Ivan Cavaleiro, Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa and Josh Maja all drop to the bench.
Marek Rodak and Tom Cairney remain absent.
Parker noted Fulham's captain had finished the course of injections for his knee. He said: "Hopefully Tom will be out on the grass next week. It's fair to say the next two or three weeks massive really and probably his last chance for this year."
