Aston Villa vs Derby confirmed line-ups: 3 Chelsea loanees and Ashley Cole start at Wembley

It's Aston Villa vs Derby County in the Championship play-off final at Wembley Stadium this afternoon and the team news has been confirmed.

This is a game that will certainly be of interest to many Chelsea supporters.

Not only are club legends John Terry and Frank Lampard coming up against each other, but three of the 42-man 'Loan Army' have been included across the two starting XI's, while Ashley Cole also starts.

As expected for Villa, Tammy Abraham - who netted the winning penalty against West Brom in the semi-final second leg - leads the line as he goes in search of another goal against the Rams this season.

Meanwhile, Lampard has named both of his Chelsea loanees in his starting XI as he aims to achieve promotion to the Premier League in his first season in management.

County's Player of the Season Fikayo Tomori starts in central defence, while Mason Mount - who scored in the semi-final second leg win over Leeds United - retains his place in central midfield.

What Fikayo Tomori has said

One of the intriguing battles this afternoon promises to be between Tomori and Abraham.

The Derby defender been speaking about coming up against his close friend.

"We spoke after the Leeds game," said Tomori. "He was watching it, and he congratulated me. "I remember maybe around November time, we were talking about: 'Imagine if we got into the play-off final together'.

"Now it has happened, so we've been kind of joking about that. It's a special moment for us, seeing as we've played together since we were about seven.

"He just said: 'This is the last time we're going to talk to each other until after the game'. "We haven't spoken since. There's nothing really to say to each other.

"I'm focusing on Derby and he's focusing on Aston Villa. I think that's how it should be."
