Jack Grealish has sent Manchester United fans crazy after he revealed that he always wanted to play at Old Trafford, adding that United's home ground is his favourite in the Premier League.
The 24-year-old has been in impressive form for the Villans, scoring a superb curling effort during the 2-2 draw against United earlier in the season.
As a result of his displays, Grealish has been linked with a move to United in the January transfer window as he fits the profile of player Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is looking to sign - young, home grown talent with potential.
Grealish has scored five goals and registered five assists in 17 Premier League appearances this season and would provide the creative spark missing in the United engine room.
Reminiscing on his strike against the Reds, the Englishman admitted that he loved playing at Old Trafford.
He told Sky Sports: "That [goal vs Man United] was my favourite goal ever — I've always wanted to play at Old Trafford.
"I've played there before in a reserve cup final but it's not the same when it's like that.
"That's my favourite ground in the Premier League."
Given the recent transfer speculation, United fans loved his response and pleaded with the club to make the move happen.
