Aston Martin Valkyrie Coupe And Spider Look Fast Even At Low Speeds

The only thing better than owning an Aston Martin Valkyrie is having its roofless counterpart parked in the garage as well. That must've been on this owner’s mind when they forked out the money for a Valkyrie Spider. A new video shows the dynamic duo at a dealership in the UK together alongside a few other rare cars.

The achingly beautiful DB5 grand tourer – one of only 887 coupes built – joined the duo in Nottingham as well as a Valkyrie rival in the Ferrari Daytona SP3, capped at just 599 units. Yes, that Ferrari belongs to the same owner. But the Valkyries are even rarer since the brand is making just 150 coupes and 85 spiders.

In a world dominated by grey and black, we're delighted to see the two Valkyries in bright colors. The coupe wears Sunburst Yellow while the spider keeps it classy in British Racing Green. Both cars look fast, even when standing still, thanks to a wild aerodynamic package that's somehow street legal.

The Valkyrie is one of the few new cars with real Formula 1 DNA. There’s also a third flavor (not pictured here) for track use only. Limited to 40 units, the AMR Pro has the same naturally aspirated V12 engine built by Cosworth but without the hybrid component. It too delivers four-digit horsepower even after dropping the electric bits.
