After teasing the new release of an Assassin's Creed game all of yesterday, Ubisoft is finally unveiling Assassin's Creed: Valhalla today.

The game will be revealed in a live stream at 4 pm BST today, April 30.

Tweeting about the upcoming reveal, Ubisoft has shared a link on how to watch along live.

We've embedded the live stream below, so just tune in and enjoy.

At the time of writing this, their scheduled YouTube video has 28,000 people waiting for the broadcast to start.

It used to be that we were treated to an Assassin's Creed game of underwhelming calibre every year since the first game came out in 2007.

Each iteration didn't do much to add to what was already established and the storytelling was, frankly, all over the place.

The games do offer a pretty earnest way to explore the ancient past, which is typically restored in wonderful accuracy in-game.

The last release in 2018, Assassin's Creed: Odyssey, did wonders for the franchise, but following that there hasn't been a new mainline game until now.

This full reveal will hopefully give us a release date along with a lot of juicy information and visuals about what to expect in this new, Nordic setting.
