'Asking for trouble': Manchester United fans worried by two decisions for Europa League final

Manchester United fans on social media have expressed some concern following two big decisions made by Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the Europa League final.

United tackle Villarreal in Gdansk, looking to win the competition that they last lifted in 2017 - which was the club's last trophy.

Solskjaer's side are firm favourites for the final, despite Unai Emery's side knocking out Arsenal in the semi-final stage to prevent an all-English affair.

However, the team selection for the final has left some fans worrying - with captain Harry Maguire unavailable due to injury.

What are your thoughts on the team selection? Let us know in the comments below.

The defender instead takes a spot on the bench, with Eric Bailly getting the nod to play alongside Victor Lindelof in the heart of defence.

In midfield, Paul Pogba will play as one of the more deeper central midfielders - with his role breaking up the Fred and Scott McTominay partnership that has been regularly witnessed this season.

Some fans believe that Pogba's role and Bailly's inclusion will leave them defensively vulnerable against a side that has been extremely effective in possession this season.

Bailly was preferred to Axel Tuanzebe in defence, with the Ivorian defender making his 21st appearance in all competitions this season.

Pogba, meanwhile, has been a regular for Solskjaer's ranks this term but has largely been utilised in other roles - further forward in midfield or playing off the left.

In a more defensive role, Pogba is making just his fifth appearance of this kind so far this season and will be in for a stern test.
