This victory marks India's inaugural gold in this event at the Asian Games and their first gold medal in equestrian competition in 41 years.

After an intense competition spanning nearly 10 hours, with talented athletes from across Asia participating, it was the Indian quartet of Agarwalla, Chheda, Divyakriti, and Hajela who delivered a standout performance when it counted the most.
