Asian Business Chamber of Commerce reveals annual awards shortlist

The shortlist for the annual Asian Business Chamber of Commerce Awards has been unveiled.

This year's event sees 41 finalists secure nominations across eight categories.

The awards, which will be held online on November 26, celebrate Asian individuals and Asian-owned businesses and are organised by the Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce.

The 2020 shortlist is:

One of the category winners will be crowned overall business of the year 2020 on the night.

The 2020 judging panel was Amer Awan from Awan International, Amanda Lowe from Story Comms, Leyla Okhai from Diverse Minds, Martin Levermore from Medial Devices Technology International and Dee Kundi from Knights. 

Mandy Canny, head of membership at Greater Birmingham Chambers of Commerce and panel chairwoman, said: "Our expert judging panel had a tremendously tough time this year selecting the shortlisted candidates.

"There was a huge raft of nominations to sort though, all of excellent calibre.

"The judges and I were really pleased to see so many businesses continuing to excel through challenging circumstances."
